ck10 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using This Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the ck10 platform is conditional on your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a binding legal agreement. If you are accessing ck10 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that you personally accept these Terms on their behalf.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the ck10 platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use a ck10 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ck10 strictly prohibits participation by minors. ck10 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and accounts operated by bots, scripts, or automated software are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ck10 or have been previously banned from using the platform for any reason.
• You must register using accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on ck10. If you are found to hold multiple accounts, ck10 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances in those accounts pending review.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of ck10 services, you must register an account by providing the required personal information, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and agreeing to these Terms. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to update your information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. ck10 will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• You must notify ck10 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised in any way.
• ck10 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Documents required may include government-issued photo ID and proof of mobile wallet ownership.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ck10 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. ck10 makes no representation as to whether the use of the platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• ck10 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any account at any time and to delay, suspend, or refuse to process a transaction pending the outcome of such checks.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on ck10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. ck10 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. ck10 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which ck10 accepts no responsibility. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet or bank account registered to your ck10 account only. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a third-party account.
• ck10 targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required or during periods of high volume. ck10 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times but aims to process all requests as promptly as reasonably possible.
• ck10 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal request cancellation.
• ck10 reserves the right to reverse or void any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, the result of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, any associated winnings may also be voided.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ck10 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a verified account in good standing. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who are self-excluded or whose accounts are under review.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or devices will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time the offer is communicated.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the applicable bonus terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• ck10 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus has already been credited to an account, ck10 reserves the right to reverse the bonus if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms in connection with the claim.

Free spins offered as part of a bonus are subject to the same general conditions set out above. Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ck10 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Any form of cheating, collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing — whether in casino games or sports betting markets — is prohibited. ck10 employs fraud detection tools and monitors account activity to identify suspicious patterns.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to access or interact with the ck10 platform in a manner not intended for human users is strictly prohibited.
• Opening or operating more than one account on ck10 for any purpose, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, exploit a bonus offer, or avoid account restrictions, is prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Players who discover a technical error that could be exploited must report it to support immediately and must not attempt to take advantage of it.
• Any conduct intended to launder money, circumvent financial regulations, or use the platform for any purpose other than genuine entertainment and gaming is strictly prohibited. ck10 cooperates with applicable authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crimes.

ck10 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, suspend accounts, or permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected. Any balance determined to have been derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full.

7. Responsible Gaming

ck10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with online gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure time-based notifications to alert them to the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will be unable to log in or access any gaming features.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck10 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of ck10 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the ck10 platform without the express prior written consent of ck10. Unauthorised use of ck10 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal basis, and whether or not ck10 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck10 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond ck10's control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events. ck10 will make reasonable efforts to restore service in the event of an outage but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

ck10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct identified in Section 6, provision of false registration information, or non-compliance with KYC requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct in connection with the use of the platform.
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or where ck10 determines in good faith that continued operation of the account poses a legal, reputational, or financial risk.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ck10 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ck10 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users, including by posting a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered mobile number. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is expressly specified.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the ck10 platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ck10 platform — including disputes about the formation, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts. ck10 encourages players to contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings. ck10 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within a reasonable timeframe.
